Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rodney Bares (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Resent RezaZeDe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). RezaZeDe has chosen King Ring as his entrance music. Bares has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
RezaZeDe darts in trying to clinch
enabling Bares to counter with a crisp jab.
Horrible takedown by RezaZeDe or perhaps it was just good defense by Bares which made him look bad.
Bares stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Bares wants it to stay on the feet.
RezaZeDe looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Bares is fending him off so far but RezaZeDe persists. Nope, Bares circles away and we're back to standing.

Bares leaves RezaZeDe with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

RezaZeDe fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
RezaZeDe doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Bares counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Bares.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
RezaZeDe shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
RezaZeDe tries to score a power double leg takedown but Bares sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten RezaZeDe somewhat.

Bares moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Bares tries to keep at a distance but RezaZeDe has taken the fight into the clinch.
RezaZeDe drops down looking for an ankle pick but Bares pulls his leg out and moves away.
RezaZeDe has Bares up against the cage in a clinch.

Bares escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
RezaZeDe shoots in looking for a takedown but Bares manages to keep the fight standing, pushing RezaZeDe's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
RezaZeDe moves in looking to clinch but Bares pushes him off.

Bares stalks RezaZeDe and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into RezaZeDe's face. RezaZeDe staggers backwards, shaken.

RezaZeDe looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
RezaZeDe takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
RezaZeDe throws a series of punches but Bares moves out of range.
RezaZeDe misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.

and Bares cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Rodney Bares is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
RezaZeDe pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Bares back to the cage. RezaZeDe follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.

RezaZeDe shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Bares but Bares pushes him off and we're back to square one.
RezaZeDe throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Bares.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Bares avoids a kick to the body.
RezaZeDe fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Bares avoids it really well and circles away.
A decent looking cross lands there for Bares.
RezaZeDe shoots in and gets a takedown into Bares's guard.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

Resent RezaZeDe comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think RezaZeDe has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
