With a record of 9 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Marvin Mantis!
The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Cecil Peabody and Stewart Dunkirk.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mantis scoring well with a low kick there.
Blasko closes the distance looking to clinch
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Blasko wants to clinch but Mantis slips to the side
and Mantis counters with a big head kick but Blasko shrugs it off.
Blasko on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Mantis. Mantis obviously looking to wear him down.
Mantis pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Blasko back to the cage. Mantis follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.

Mantis fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Blasko has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Blasko takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Mantis lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Blasko is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.
Mantis lunges at Blasko with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Blasko's hand.
Blasko steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Mantis. That one must have hurt.
Mantis scoring well with a low kick there.
Mantis dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Blasko. That did some damage!

Mantis connects with a right hand. Blasko shakes it off.

Blasko sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

A decent looking cross lands there for Mantis.
Blasko is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

Mantis feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Blasko sprawling to the canvas! Blasko rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Mantis finish him?!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Blasko gets caught by a brutal right hook which buckles his knees! Blasko tries to backpedal with his spaghettilegs but Mantis is headhunting and goes for the kill. A jab and a right hook connect and Blasko buckles badly as his eyes roll back. The referee steps in and saves Blasko!! Blasko is complaining but he was clearly out on his feet. Mantis throws his mouthpiece into the crowd. Mmmm spit-tastic.
