Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
6 - 6 - 0, fighting out of London, Bobby Tupper! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Billy Bob! The judges for this bout are James Atkins, William Gold and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bob throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Tupper's waist but Tupper gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Bob off to one side. Bob misses with a left hand and Tupper counters with a body kick. Bob is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Tupper's half guard. Bob thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Tupper's head. Tupper keeps control of the position for the meantime. Tupper wants to control but Bob is keeping busy and won't allow it. Tupper tries to get to full guard but Bob has control of the leg. Tupper controlling the position for now. Tupper taking some punishment here, with Bob in his half guard. Tupper avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Bob. Bob throwing shots but Tupper is blocking nicely. Nice strikes from Bob there. Tupper is trying to control but can't.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bob landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. Tupper keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Tupper has hold of Bob's hands but Bob slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. Bob prevents Tupper from improving his position. Bob is trying to control. Tupper wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Tupper is trying to maintain the position but Bob is very close to passing his half guard. Bob wants to take a breather but Tupper is having none of it. Bob scoring with strikes to the body and head. Tupper on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Tupper tries to get out of the position. Bob lands strikes from half guard. Tupper moves into full guard.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Tupper is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Bob content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Bob stands up over Tupper, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Bob postures up.

Bob scoring with punches to the head and body. Bob wants to control from the top but Tupper keeps moving. Tupper will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Bob works over Tupper with some ground and pound from guard.

Tupper is looking to stand up but Bob isn't so interested in that idea. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Tupper is on top in guard.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Bob cracks Tupper with a solid left hand. Bob postures up and lands a big shot to Tupper's brow. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Tupper tries to lock up and control but Bob gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Tupper takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position. Bob has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Bob with good strikes from the mount here! Billy Bob showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!

Tupper pushes Bob back against the cage and unloads with a body punch. Tupper is looking to control Bob's arms but Bob gets an underhook and turns him. Now Tupper has his back to the cage. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Tupper tries for a takedown but Bob manages to get underhooks.

Tupper throws a strike but Bob rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Tupper is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Bob is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him. Tupper is looking for a triangle but Bob pushes his legs off easily.
