Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between The Manliest (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lucky Wasabi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Manliest's entrance music is Ontlogy. A fine choice. Wasabi comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Pokerface kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Lucky Wasabi will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Manliest shoots and misses
letting Wasabi counter with a right hand.
Manliest doesn't succeed with the takedown
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.

and Manliest takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for The Manliest. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Manliest moves away from the strike by Wasabi.
Manliest closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Wasabi quickly recovers to half guard.
Wasabi wants to get back to his feet.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Manliest is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Wasabi defends it well.
Manliest drops an elbow to the side of Wasabi's head.
Manliest really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Manliest is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Manliest thows a huge punch but Wasabi dodges it nicely.

Manliest maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Wasabi could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Manliest has cracked it and Wasabi is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Manliest!
