The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ball throws a jab when Oliveira was well out of range.
Ball shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Oliveira's guard.
Oliveira wants to stand and escape but Ball is having none of it.

Ball's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Oliveira connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Ball scrambles back to his feet.
