Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Maek Houzo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tsuyoshi Nakayama (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nakayama has chosen The Vapors - Turning Japanese as his entrance music. Tsuyoshi Nakayama will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nakayama thumps Houzo with a low kick.

Houzo postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Nakayama is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Houzo, into his guard.
Houzo has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Nakayama stands and steps away. Houzo gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

Tsuyoshi Nakayama dominated that round.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
and Nakayama counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Nakayama throws a quick inside leg kick.
Houzo tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Houzo is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.
Nakayama comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Nakayama throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Houzo stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Houzo takes a kick to the side of the head.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Nakayama connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Nakayama scores with a jab to the body.
A punch lands to the side of Houzo 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Houzo takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Nakayama scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Houzo doesn't seem bothered though.

That kick from Nakayama tenderised Houzo's leg. Houzo is trying to keep his angry face on.

Houzo is really struggling to find his range with his punches. Nakayama's reach advantage is clearly causing him problems.

and Nakayama counters with a crisp one two that drops Houzo! Nakayama thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Houzo to his feet! Houzo is in big trouble!

Nakayama cracks Houzo on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Houzo falls backwards against the cage. Nakayama follows up with more strikes that drop Houzo to his knees. Nakayama keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Houzo! This one is all over!
