Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Gustavo Araujo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Micah Dean (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Araujo comes to the cage accompanied by Bawitdaba. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Gustavo Araujo! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Micah Dean! The judges for this bout are Illya Tyunina, Konstantin Menshow and Sergei Dronov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dean throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Araujo shoots in for a takedown but Dean shows good takedown defense. Araujo shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Dean tries to roll over but Araujo keeps him under control. Dean actively working from the bottom here. Dean wants to improve his position but Araujo is controlling well.
That's one minute gone in the round. Araujo is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Dean defends it well. Dean moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Dean working for submissions but it's allowed Araujo to get to half guard.
Dean regains full guard. Nicely done. Araujo is breathing heavily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Araujo postures up.
Dean wants to sweep here but Araujo controlling him for the moment. Dean bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Araujo's guard. Dean throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Araujo works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Dean must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Dean trying to control but Araujo is working from the bottom. Dean pushing down on Araujo's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dean thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Araujo's head. Araujo wants to get back to full guard but Dean has passed into side control. Dean is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Araujo has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Araujo! Dean throws his legs up looking for a submission but Araujo uses it to pass to side control.
Dean reaches up around Araujo's neck trying to control. But Araujo takes advantage instantly and he's locked on an arm triangle! Big trouble for Dean! Oh that looks nasty! A human being's head is not meant to turn that color! Dean is out! He's gone limp! The ref steps in to break the fighters up and Araujo celebrates the victory with the fans!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:02 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Arm Triangle). Gustavo Araujo!
