Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mike Magas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Stryker Hades (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hades has chosen Give It To Ya as his entrance music. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Stryker Hades! The judges for this bout are , Timothy Bukovac and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Magas throws a head kick that misses. Hades gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Magas controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Hades wants to get back to his feet but Magas is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Hades keeping moving, preventing Magas from controlling successfully. Hades really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Magas. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Hades wants to get back to his feet but Magas is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Magas seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Hades does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Magas wants to clinch up but Hades keeps it at a distance.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Magas shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Magas was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Hades really trying hard to get back to half guard here.

Hades is trying to get back to his feet but can't. Magas controlling from the full mount. Magas has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. Magas unloads with some shots from mount but Hades bucks and avoids them well.

Magas has Hades pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Magas pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Hades tumbling to the mat - Magas dives into Hades's guard. Hades is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Magas lands an elbow inside. Hades jumps guard but Magas stands there with Hades around his waist. Hades gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Hades might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Magas kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time. Hades manages to escape and get back to his feet! Magas tries to close the distance and clinch but Hades swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Hades throws a series of punches but Magas avoids them all with ease. Magas clinches. Magas fails to pull the fight into his guard.

That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Mike Magas. That's going to take a lot out of him. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. Hades is trying to control the position but Magas postures up. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Hades closes this distance looking for a takedown but Magas circles away. Stryker Hades seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Magas looks for the body kick but Hades saw that one coming. Magas looks for a takedown but Hades sprawls well. Hades scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Magas gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard. Magas is doing well to control the position and prevent Hades from advancing to side control. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. And that's the end of the fight! Stryker Hades comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Magas has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
