Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Ninja Warrior (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bruno Belanger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Belanger is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by morbid ange l- immortal rights. Ninja Warrior could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Bruno Belanger's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Ninja Warrior! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Bruno Belanger! The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Gregory Folan and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Belanger clinches with his opponent.
Warrior lands a takedown into guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Warrior tries to free his leg and advance position but Belanger is retaining full guard. Warrior might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Warrior wants to control from the top but Belanger keeps moving. Warrior avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Belanger wants to sweep here but Warrior controlling him for the moment. Belanger working away from the bottom but not quite defensive enough there because Warrior has passed into half guard!
Belanger is trying to get back to full guard. Belanger is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.

Warrior wants to control from the top but Belanger keeps moving. Belanger is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Warrior trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Belanger is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Belanger is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Warrior wants to control from the top but Belanger keeps moving. Belanger is looking for a triangle here but Warrior uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Warrior trying to control the position but Belanger is working away. Belanger is looking for a sweep. Belanger manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu! Warrior wants to control but Belanger is keeping busy and won't allow it. Belanger stalling.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Belanger scores with a takedown into Warrior's guard.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Warrior shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Warrior is breathing heavily.

Warrior seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Belanger does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Warrior tries to stand but his hand is stuck under Belanger. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Belanger is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Belanger had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Warrior defends it easily. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Belanger is on top in guard.

Belanger is taking a breather. Warrior says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Belanger not landing any meaningful shots this time. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Belanger in particular looking to stall.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Belanger has Warrior up against the cage in a clinch.

Bruno Belanger showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's time! Back to the action! This is the final round!

Belanger rushes Warrior and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Belanger is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Warrior can't fight it off and eventually Belanger manages to take the fight to the floor. Warrior looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard. And that's the end of the fight! Bruno Belanger comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Belanger has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
