Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Agila Phil (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and DeVaughn Williams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Agila Phil has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Agila Phil! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, DeVaughn Williams! The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Cecil Peabody and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Williams has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Williams there as he acknowledges the shot.
It looks like DeVaughn Williams has been cut. Williams rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Phil counters with a nice double leg into guard. Phil tries to stand but Williams is controlling from the bottom. Phil postures up.
Phil might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Williams wants to stand up but Phil is controlling him. Phil trying to control but Williams is working from the bottom. Phil preventing the sweep. Williams is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Williams is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Williams is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Phil keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
That's one minute gone in the round. Williams slows the pace down in half guard. Williams misses with a head shot. Phil uses the momentum to regain guard. Williams got a little sloppy there for a moment and Phil has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Williams has managed to get both his arms back between Phil's legs - danger averted. Williams in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Williams is looking to work some ground and pound but Phil has wrist control. Williams advances to half guard. Phil is breathing heavily. Williams passes to full mount!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Phil tries to get back to half guard but can't. Phil tries to lock up and control but Williams gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Phil has given up his back - I don’t know if this is a deliberate ploy to try and escape or if he is just struggling down there.
Williams has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Williams is punishing Phil with strikes - can he finish him?! Williams has the hooks in and he's looking for a rear naked choke here. Phil is defending well but eventually Williams manages to get an arm under the chin and he's locked on the RNC! Phil has no choice but to tap now! He does! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:48 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). DeVaughn Williams!
