Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Aaron Hall (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Small Hand (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hall comes to the ring accompanied by I won't go down without a fight. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Aaron Hall! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Small Hand! The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Alec Ball and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hall scores with a head kick. Hand tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time. Hand closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Hall to the mat! Hall manages to get full guard. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Hand preventing the sweep. Hand working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Hand thows a big elbow that misses. Hand is fighting to break Hall's control of his arms but Hall is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment. Hand trying to control the position from guard on top but Hall is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Hand won't allow Hall to sweep him here. Hall is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Hall has control of Hand's left arm, preventing Hand from doing any damage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hand is pushing down on Hall's leg trying to pass to half guard. Hall is fighting to maintain full guard but Hand has managed to sneak the leg through. Hand trying to control from Hall's half guard. Hall has other ideas though and has regained full guard. Hand trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Hand wants to control from the top but Hall keeps moving. Hall looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Hall avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Hand controls from within his opponent's guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Hand trying to control but Hall is working from the bottom.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Small Hand was stalling too much, according to the referee. Sloppy strikes from Hall. Those never looked like landing. Hand misses with a takedown attempt and Hall counters by moving into the clinch. Hand wants a takedown.
Hall stalling in the clinch but Hand improves position. Hall gets control of Hand's arms and successfully pulls guard. Hall will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. Hand really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Hall. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Hand keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Hall's head. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Hall throwing some rather feeble looking strikes off his back.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hall looking to hit a scissor sweep but Hand is one step ahead there. Hall pulls Hand in close to his closed guard and prevents Hand from doing any damage or advancing position. Hall wants to sweep here but Hand controlling him for the moment. Hand stops Hall from standing up. Hall manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Hand is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Hall goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Hand turns into him and now he's in Hall's guard.
Hall has Hand pulled in close to control his posture. Hand in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Hand has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Hall is proving hard to escape from. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Aaron Hall will probably get the nod. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Hall moves in looking to clinch but Hand pushes him off. Hand drives through with a takedown into guard. Hall looking to control.
Hand prevents Hall from getting back to his feet. Hand trying to stand up but can't free himself from Hall's guard. Hall looking for a sweep. Not yet Hall, not yet. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Hand pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Hall is keeping the position for now.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hand trying to control but Hall is working from the bottom.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Hall scores a takedown into full mount! Hand wants to hold on but Hall pushes him away. Hand can't escape the position.
Hall cracks Hand with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
A nice elbow there by Hall.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hand can't escape the position.
Hand is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Hall takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Hall has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. Hall has his opponent pinned against the ropes, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Hand's face.
Hall content just to control the position here. Hall has control of Hand's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Hand regains control of the situation pretty easily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hall postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Hand looks a forlorn figure.
Hall landing strikes, looking to finish! Hall content just to control the position here. Hall scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish Hand?
That's four minutes gone in the round. Hall working for a submission but Hand is keeping him at bay. Hand sneaks a leg under to get to half guard. Hall trying to control the action but Hand is working from the bottom. Hall keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action. Hand trying to control here.
Still in half guard, Hall seems content to control. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Aaron Hall dominated that second round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!
Hall scores with a nice right hand.
Hand throws a lazy head kick and Hall counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Hand's guard now. Hall's corner is telling him to maintain position. Hand keeping moving, preventing Hall from controlling successfully. Hall engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Hall chips away with some ground and pound. Hall wants to control from the top but Hand keeps moving.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Aaron Hall. Hall connects with the punch.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hand tries for a takedown but Hall circles away easily and Hall counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. Hall lands a head kick. Hand smiles back at him and beckons him forward. Hall closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Hall decides to return to a standing position. Hall gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Hall has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Hand avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. Hall has picked Hand up - he's going for a ride! Hall dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard. Hall stops Hand from getting back to his feet.
Hall stands up from half guard. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Hall gets the takedown into side control. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Hall works to advance to full mount. Hand defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hall manages to capitalize on a mistake by Hand to take his back! Hall keeps control of the position as Hand tries to break free.
Hand manages to reverse the position and now he's in Hall's guard. Nice work there by Hand.
Hand avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Hand trying to control the position from guard on top but Hall is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Hall is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hand wanted to stand there but Hall had control of the position. Hall is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Hall throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Hand avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Hall. Hand trying to control from the bottom.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Hall is working for a kimura but Hand is defending it quite comfortably.

Still in half guard, Hall seems content to control.
And that's the end of the fight! Aaron Hall showed his dominance in that final round. Well Hall has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
