Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Willis Alves (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Max Planck (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Planck has chosen Hiroshima Atomic Bomb Reenactment as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Planck misses with a lunging right hand
and Alves counters by clinching up.
Planck drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Alves gets the underhooks and prevents it.

Planck is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
