Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between BumbleBee Man (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Julle Bulle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Man's entrance music is Why can't we be friends?. A fine choice. Julle Bulle will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 1 - 1, fighting out of Tokyo, BumbleBee Man! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
8 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Julle Bulle! The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Yuuki Gou and Shigeki Sano.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bulle swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Man counters with a nice double leg into side control. Bulle won't be happy with that. Man cracks Bulle with a big elbow. Bulle trying to control but Man flips him over like a cheap hooker and has his back! Man controls the action. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Man wants to control but Bulle manages to buck him off and is now in Man's guard! Nice work there by Bulle! Man is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Man has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.
That's one minute gone in the round. Man is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Man seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Bulle does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Man is looking to advance position but Bulle won't allow it. Man has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Man trying to control but he's not successful this time.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Bulle is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Man content just to control the position here.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Man goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Bulle turns into him and now he's in Man's guard.

BumbleBee Man has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet. Man shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Bulle's guard. Bulle keeping moving, preventing Man from controlling successfully.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Man stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Bulle swivels though and keeps the full guard. Man trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Bulle managing to control the position. Man passes Bulle's left leg - he's now in half guard. Bulle blocking the ground and pound attempt from Man. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
BumbleBee Man dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Bulle throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Bulle misses the shot to the body. Man tries to close the distance and clinch up but Bulle swats him away and circles back towards the center. Bulle lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw. Man looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Bulle! Man avoids the attempt from Bulle to control. Man cracks Bulle with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

Man controlling from the full mount. Bulle is trying to escape the mount.
That's one minute gone in the round. Man is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Bulle has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Bulle! Man manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Bulle manages to get himself to full guard.
Man trying to control the position from guard on top but Bulle is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Man might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Man slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Man slips nicely into half guard. Man wants to control but Bulle is keeping him busy. Man is looking to advance position but Bulle won't allow it.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bulle is trying to stand up here but Man is controlling him well. Bulle trying to control but Man postures up.
Man missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Man tries to pass the half guard into mount. Bulle knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. Bulle is not content to let Man control the position. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Man controlling the action here. Man wants to take a breather but Bulle is having none of it.
The ref stands the fighters back up. BumbleBee Man wasn't doing enough on the ground. Man pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Man drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Man trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Bulle working for submissions but it's allowed Man to get to half guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
BumbleBee Man dominated that second round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!
A momentary lapse in concentration from Bulle enables Man to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Bulle manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Man passes into half guard. Man prevents Bulle from improving his position. BumbleBee Man overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Man sitting and controlling from the half guard. Man wants to take a breather but Bulle is having none of it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bulle wants to get back to full guard. Man is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount! Man misses with a head shot. Man is working for a guillotine from mount but Bulle frees his head quite easily.
Man jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Bulle is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Bulle and Man has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
Man swings around for an armbar but Bulle sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Man's guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Bulle not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Man keeping moving, preventing Bulle from controlling successfully. Man managing to control the position. Bulle trying to control but Man is working from the bottom.
That's three minutes gone in the round. A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Man holds on and takes a little breather. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. Man trying to control the position.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Bulle feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Man's calf. Bulle gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Man is pushing down on Bulle's leg trying to pass to half guard. Bulle is fighting to maintain full guard but Man has managed to sneak the leg through. Man is looking to take a break and control but Bulle is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Man stalling away here and it's allowed Bulle to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Man thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Man trying to control the position from guard on top but Bulle is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Man pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Bulle is keeping the position for now. Bulle keeping moving, preventing Man from controlling successfully.
And that's the end of the fight! BumbleBee Man showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Man, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
