Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dominic Disisto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eddie Willis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Dominic Disisto! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Eddie Willis! The judges for this bout are Eliza Hachem, Hugh Johnson and Skip Squint.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Disisto slips a jab and a cross from Willis.
Willis throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Disisto. Willis throws a nice looking combination but Disisto bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Disisto throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Willis's waist but Willis gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Disisto off to one side. Willis throws a series of punches but Disisto avoids them all with ease. Disisto shoots in but no luck this time. Disisto will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Dominic Disisto. That's going to take a lot out of him. Willis will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Willis tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Disisto scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Disisto is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Willis is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Disisto is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Willis knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Willis is pushing Disisto's head away, looking to escape. Disisto manages to hold on to the position though. Disisto tries for a kimura but Willis is defending well. Disisto is breathing heavily. Willis pushes Disisto away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Disisto gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.

Disisto thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Willis tries to bench press Disisto off him but Disisto keeps the position. You can see the frustration on Willis's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Willis avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Disisto. Willis prevents Disisto from improving position. Disisto tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Disisto prevents Willis from escaping the position. Disisto has knee on belly and moves into mount. Disisto looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Disisto seems to be looking to move to his opponent's back but Willis is holding on tight.

Not really close to a finish though. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Willis is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Disisto is controlling him well. Disisto is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Willis has escaped the position, nice work there. Willis can't do much from the bottom here.

Let's see if Willis can do anything to dispel that myth. Disisto working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
