The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stenhard gets a takedown into half guard.
Stenhard seems to have lost interest with the ground game and is thinking about standing back up.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground.

Stenhard shoots for a takedown but Anderson saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Anderson tries to bum rush Stenhard with a series of wild strikes but Stenhard uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Stenhard doesn't manage to clinch there - Anderson circles away.
Stenhard closes the distance and clinches up with Anderson, looking for a takedown. Stenhard pushes Anderson against the cage but Anderson circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Anderson shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
