Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Bass Master (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jason Forte (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Forte blocks a head kick by Master.
Master walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Forte checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side. Master misses with a leg kick and Forte counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Master! Forte won't let Master get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now. Forte throwing shots from mount but they're not landing. Master is trying to escape but when you're mounted that's not too easy.
Forte scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish Master?
Master knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Forte on the ground.
That's one minute gone in the round. Forte thowing shots but they're missing. Forte punishing his opponent with strikes. Forte thowing strikes but they're hitting the gloves, not doing any damage. Forte throws some wild stikes that Master manages to avoid easily.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Master squirming around on the bottom, looking to escape.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. BOOM! Forte connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Forte breaks from Master's wrist control and lands an elbow. Master takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position. Forte working away from the top, dropping strikes. Forte with a couple of short strikes.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Master really wants to buck Forte off and get back to his feet. Forte cracks Master with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Forte looking to ground and pound but Master is blocking nicely. Forte lands with some strikes. Master is in a horrible position here. Forte smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Forte raining down hammerfists from mount. Forte has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Master holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Forte tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.
Master's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jason Forte dominated that round. That's time! Back to the action!
Forte dives in and grabs Master's left leg, looking for a takedown. Master pushes down on Forte's head and hops out. Forte checks the leg kick nicely there.
Forte shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Master but Master pushes him off and we're back to square one. A low kick from Master is predictable there and Forte counters with a single leg into guard. Master didn't expect that. Forte trying to control but Master is working from the bottom. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Forte is looking to work some ground and pound but Master has wrist control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Master wants to get back to his feet but Forte is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Jason Forte wasn't active enough on the ground. Master thows a leg kick but Forte checks it and Forte counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Forte passes the guard and advances to mount! Forte throwing strikes here but Master is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Forte thowing shots but they're missing. Forte throws some wild stikes that Master manages to avoid easily.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Master takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Master trying desperately to get to his feet.

Jason Forte showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!
A low kick from Master misses and Forte counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Jason Forte has got the better of the ground game so far. Forte passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Master! Forte pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. Master is not a happy chappy… he wants out of there.
