The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Skipper tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Yeung is able to avoid easily.
Skipper takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Nice cross by Yeung.
Skipper looks gassed!
Yeung throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Yeung lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Yeung throws a hook to the side of Skipper's head but Skipper sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Yeung checks the leg kick.
Skipper ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
A slow jab from Yeung misses its intended target.
Yeung slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Yeung looks to throw the jab but Skipper is out of range.
A low kick from Skipper misses
and Yeung counters with a low kick, right behind Skipper 's knee.
A momentary lapse in concentration from Skipper enables Yeung to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Skipper manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Yeung is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Yeung drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Yeung jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Yeung drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Yeung as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Skipper screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Yeung! Nice submission victory there!
