The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Robert Twigg and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Parast doesn't manage to clinch there - Eye circles away.
Parast looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Eye looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Parast!
Eye looking to control but Parast is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Eye is standing up out of mount! Strange tactic there - he must really want this one on the feet!
Eye shoots for a double leg takedown but Parast sprawls well. He's pushed Eye's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Eye changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Parast looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
