Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Forrest Ortiz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Larry David (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ortiz comes to the cage accompanied by 2Pac - All Eyes On Me. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Larry David was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Albert Achterberg, Paul Aken and Paulsen Ambrosius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A low kick from Ortiz misses
and David counters with a solid body kick.
David looks to land a body kick but Ortiz moved away.
David throws a head kick that misses
and Ortiz cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Ortiz misses with an attempted mid kick.
Ortiz tries to close the distance and clinch up but David swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Ortiz throws a leg kick that misses.
David misses with an uppercut. Ortiz saw that one coming.
David punishes Ortiz's body with a nice straight punch.
David throws a lazy head kick
and Ortiz counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
David throws a sloppy head kick and Ortiz moves out of range easily.
Larry David seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Nice defenses there by Ortiz.
Ortiz misses with a kick to the body.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Ortiz checks a low kick from David.
David scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Ortiz wants to clinch.
David lands a big head kick that sends Ortiz tumbling to the mat! David takes a step backwards and waves Ortiz back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Ortiz is rocked!
It looks like Forrest Ortiz has been cut.
David connects with a left and a right that sees a clearly hurt Ortiz covering up! David comes in with a big uppercut and Ortiz goes doooown! He's slumped up against the cage, eyes staring blankly into space.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:39 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Larry David!
