Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Alek Casey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rudy Boltzmann (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boltzmann darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Boltzmann fails to land with a series of punches.
Casey takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
It looks like Rudy Boltzmann has been cut.
Boltzmann misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Casey swings and misses with a shot to the body
and Boltzmann counters with a straight right hand.
Casey misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Boltzmann.
Boltzmann throws a right and a left that Casey avoids nicely.
Boltzmann throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
enabling Casey to counter with a crisp jab.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Boltzmann lands with a nice combination. Casey backs away looking to recover.
Boltzmann misses with a double jab
and Casey counters with a huge left! Boltzmann is in big trouble! He's backing up but Casey isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Boltzmann from any more damage. A dominating finish by Casey!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:28 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Alek Casey!
