Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Choi Senna (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Michael Myers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Myers is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Halloween-Rob Zombie. Choi Senna has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Myers gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Senna.
A jab from Senna finds it's way through Myers's defenses.
Senna digs a good body shot into Myers's ribs.
Myers falls off balance throwing a combination
and Senna counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

It looks like Michael Myers has been cut.
Myers misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Senna is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.
Senna tries to clinch up.
Choi Senna seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

and Myers counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Myers.
Myers has Senna pressed against the cage, preventing Senna from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Myers tries to pull guard but Senna won't allow it.
Senna wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Myers tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Myers fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Choi Senna has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Michael Myers.
A frustrated look appears on Senna's face as he tries to break the clinch.

Myers ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Myers no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Senna seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Choi Senna has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.
A decent looking cross lands there for Senna.

Senna bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Myers darts in trying to clinch

and Senna counters with a beautiful punch that sends Myers to the canvas!

Myers is rocked!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Senna knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Myers on the ground.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Myers shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Senna as he jumps to the side.

Senna drops Myers with a left and a right! Oh, Myers is hurt - Senna dives into side control looking to finish!
Myers is still in real trouble! Can Senna finish him?

Myers seems to have recovered his senses.

Senna decides to stand back up.
Myers tries to clinch but Senna moves out of range.
Senna is looking to clinch but Myers is avoiding it.
Senna throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends Myers stumbling backwards into the cage! Myers bounces back off the cage towards Senna, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Senna lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Senna celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.
