Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Yushin Takeda (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Daiki Hisao (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Yushin Takeda looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Yushin Takeda! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Daiki Hisao! The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Yasuomi Hirokawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Takeda tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Hisao paws at him with a jab and circles away. Hisao throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Takeda's waist but Takeda gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Hisao off to one side. Takeda moves in looking to clinch but Hisao pushes him off. Hisao circles away from the clinch attempt.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Takeda. Hisao misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Takeda changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Hisao tries to avoid it but Takeda manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Hisao to the ground. Hisao escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Takeda wants to clinch. Hisao drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Takeda is breathing heavily. Hisao tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Hisao decides to stand back up. Hisao steps back and let's Takeda get back to his feet. Hisao avoids the head kick by Takeda.
Takeda tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Hisao paws at him with a jab and circles away. Hisao closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Takeda to the mat! Takeda manages to get full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Takeda keeping moving, preventing Hisao from controlling successfully. Takeda wants to get back to his feet but Hisao is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Takeda can't keep his opponent in guard - Hisao advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Takeda kicks Hisao off and gets back to his feet. Takeda fails with an attempt to clinch.
The fight stays on the outside here - Takeda looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Takeda moves in looking to clinch but Hisao pushes him off. Hisao fails to land the takedown. Yushin Takeda has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Daiki Hisao. Takeda is looking to clinch. Takeda forces Hisao back against the cage and clinches. Takeda has a couple of punches blocked by Hisao.

Hisao is trying to maintain a safe position but Takeda gets an underhook and turns Hisao into the cage. Takeda lands a right hand that snaps the head of Hisao backwards.

Takeda is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Hisao gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. Takeda throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Hisaos head. Takeda makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut. Hisao has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Takeda uses from the top position. Takeda wants to get up but he can't break Hisao's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. Takeda trying to control but Hisao is working from the bottom. Takeda looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Takeda trying to control the position from guard on top but Hisao is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground. Takeda tries to clinch there but Hisao circles away.

It looks like Daiki Hisao has been cut. Takeda lands an uppercut. Takeda lands a shoulder strike. Takeda is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Hisao gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. Hisao fails to pull guard.
A nice left hand lands by Takeda.
Hisao breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Takeda tries to clinch up but Hisao circles away and keeps his distance. Hisao keeps the fight on the outside.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A head kick misses from Hisao. Takeda throws the left hand but Hisao avoids the punch easily. Takeda swats away the attempt to clinch by Hisao. Takeda tries to clinch and Hisao counters with a three punch combo that has Takeda backing up. Takeda nods at Hisao to acknowledge the strikes. Yushin Takeda seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Takeda takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
It looks like Yushin Takeda has been cut. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Takeda tries to clinch up and Takeda takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Hisao shoots for a double leg takedown but Takeda sprawls well. He's pushed Hisao's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Takeda looks to clinch and Hisao counters with a left and a right that hurts Takeda! He wobbles and falls to the floor - he's in big trouble! Hisao jumps into full mount!
Takeda is rocked! Hisao is in the full mount, landing strikes. Oh Takeda is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Hisao wants to finish this one by submission but Takeda is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Hisao. Takeda is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Takeda is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Hisao is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him. Takeda seems to have got his legs back now. Takeda is trying to escape but when you're mounted that's not too easy.
Hisao avoids the attempt from Takeda to control. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Daiki Hisao dominated that round. Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

and Hisao decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Takeda's guard. Hisao won't allow Takeda to get back to his feet. Hisao drops back looking for a leg! Takeda is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Takeda manages to kick Hisao off! Hisao jumps back into Takeda's guard. Hisao wants to control from the top but Takeda keeps moving. Hisao seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Takeda is trying to control the position but Hisao postures up.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hisao controls from within his opponent's guard. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Hisao decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Takeda, up you get! Takeda swats away the attempt to clinch by Hisao. Hisao tries to keep at a distance but Takeda has taken the fight into the clinch. Takeda throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Hisaos head. Takeda misses with the head strike.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Takeda wants to get up but he can't break Hisao's closed guard. Takeda escapes and gets back to his feet. Hisao scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Takeda is looking to reverse the position. Takeda wants to control but Hisao postures up. Takeda is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard. Takeda is trying to control but can't.
Hisao tries to stand but his hand is stuck under Takeda. Takeda pushes Hisao off looking to stand but Hisao dives back in and keeps control.

Takeda is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Takeda wriggles free and stands up. Hisao lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

Hisao moves into range and connects with a jab. Takeda takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

Takeda clinches but Hisao breaks the clinch and Hisao counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Daiki Hisao showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval. That's the end of the interval. Takeda takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket. Takeda bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Hisao's head. Hisao slips under a jab from Takeda. And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Daiki Hisao. I've got Hisao winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
