Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Samiroheat Kahric (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Da Giant (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Giant has chosen Eye of the Tiger as his entrance music. The key to victory for Samiroheat Kahric has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Giant tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Giant slips a jab and a cross from Kahric.

Kahric closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Kahric lands in his opponent's guard.
Giant is trying to control the position but Kahric postures up.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Giant can do anything to dispel that myth.

Kahric is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Giant is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Giant has escaped and now he's on top!
Giant really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Kahric. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Kahric has his foot on Giant's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Giant works his way back into a safe position though.

Kahric working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Giant doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Giant manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Giant works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.

It looks like Samiroheat Kahric has been cut.

Giant is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Kahric knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Giant stands up and we're back to a striking position.

Giant shoots in and gets a takedown into Kahric's guard.

Kahric is working an open guard so Giant takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Giant fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Kahric avoids it really well and circles away.
Sloppy strikes from Giant. Those never looked like landing.
Kahric misses with the body kick
and Giant counters with a one-two to the body.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Giant misses with a leg kick.
Giant is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

Giant drives through with a takedown into Kahric's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.

Kahric pushes Giant off and gets back to his feet.
Giant changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Kahric tries to avoid it but Giant manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Kahric to the ground. Kahric escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Giant swings and misses with a shot to the body

and Kahric counters with a single leg into guard. Giant didn't expect that.
Giant not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Giant bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Kahric's guard.
Kahric keeping moving, preventing Giant from controlling successfully.
Giant wants to get up but he can't break Kahric's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Kahric has his foot on Giant's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Giant works his way back into a safe position though.

Kahric has an active guard here but Giant has managed to pass into half guard.
Kahric has hold of Giant's hands but Giant slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.

Giant seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Kahric does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Kahric flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
Da Giant has got the better of the ground game so far.

Giant has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Kahric defend it? Giant steps over the head and cranks it - Kahric is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Giant!
