Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the welterweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
7 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Frank Killer! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Ernesto Guevara! The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Saam Ante and Albert Achterberg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Killer moves to clinch but Guevara breaks away and Guevara counters with a left and a right that stings Killer. Killer moves to clinch but Guevara breaks away and Guevara counters with a two punch combo. Guevara circles away from the clinch attempt and Guevara decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Killer's guard. Guevara is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Guevara stands and steps away. Killer gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Killer darts in trying to clinch and Guevara counters by clinching up. Killer comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
It looks like Ernesto Guevara has been cut. Killer unloads a knee to the mid-section. This has been an exciting period of action! Killer taking a breather. Guevara is trying to break the clinch but Killer has him pressed against the ropes. Guevara managing to block the knees to the body from Killer.
Killer throws an elbow that misses.

That's one minute gone in the round. Killer tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Guevara avoids it. Guevara throws a punch but it's blocked by Killer. Killer lands a nice elbow from the clinch. Killer missing with knees to the body.
Killer creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Guevara's defenses. Guevara has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. Killer misses with an elbow strike.
Guevara wants to break free but Killer has control.
Killer tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
Killer throws an elbow but it's blocked.
Guevara wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Killer has him pressed against the ropes. Killer gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.
That has opened up Ernesto Guevara's cut even more. Guevara escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Killer tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Guevara counters with a one-two to the body. Killer tries to clinch but fails miserably and Killer takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Killer darts in trying to clinch and Guevara counters by clinching up. Killer misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Guevara.
Killer will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Guevara up against the ropes.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A shot in the inside from Guevara. Killer utilising his Muay Thai to score with a knee to the body. A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors. Guevara on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Killer lands an elbow that stopped Guevara in his tracks for a moment. Killer lands a damaging elbow. Killer creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses. Killer unloads a knee to the mid-section. Guevara lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh. Killer creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Guevara's defenses.
The cut above Ernesto Guevara's eye is starting to cause him problems now. Knees in the clinch landing for Killer.
Guevara looks gassed! Guevara on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.

Killer is looking to control Guevara's arms but Guevara gets an underhook and turns him. Now Killer has his back to the ropes. Guevara tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. Killer lands an elbow inside that Guevara shrugs off. Killer lands an elbow inside. Guevara managing to block the knees to the body from Killer.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Killer creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Guevara's defenses.
Ernesto Guevara's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters. Nice elbow from Killer. Killer missing with knees to the body.
