Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Guillaume Blue (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and River Walken (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Walken is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Flim Star by Suede. Guillaume Blue has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

8 - 12 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, River Walken! The judges for this bout are Fedor Mirinova, Dmitry Maklakov and Vladimir Khabensky.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Blue misses with a series of wild punches.
Blue scores with the left hand. Walken knows he should have avoided that one. Walken fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Blue to the ground. Walken is now in Blue's guard. Walken drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Walken jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Walken is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Walken changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Blue tries to avoid it but Walken manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Blue to the ground. Blue escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Walken takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming. Blue throws a right hand that Walken ducks under and follows up with a left that Walken also avoids with ease. Walken has his takedown stuffed and Blue counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

Blue has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. That was a close second round but I would say that Guillaume Blue will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on River Walken's cut. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!
