Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Andy York (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Leonard Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Andy York! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Leonard Johnson! The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, Columbo Gatti and Steve Montenegro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Johnson throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Johnson connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there. Johnson doesn't manage to clinch there - York circles away.
York looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. The fighters are battling for position here. Johnson manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Johnson tries to land a sweep but no joy. York seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Johnson is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. York trying to control but Johnson is working from the bottom. Johnson bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in York's guard. Johnson trying to control but York is working from the bottom. York is breathing heavily. York can't keep his opponent in guard - Johnson advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
That's one minute gone in the round. York actively working from the bottom here. York is refusing to be controlled, as Johnson sits in half guard. Johnson scoring with strikes to the body and head. Johnson is keen to just control but York is a slippery customer. York wants to get back to full guard.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Johnson lands a big head kick that sends York to the canvas! Johnson follows up with strikes from the mount that forces the ref to step in and stop the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Leonard Johnson!
