Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Heero Yuy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dominick Cruz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Yuy comes to the cage accompanied by Coma Black - Marilyn Manson. Cruz has chosen DJ Khaled - All I do is win as his entrance music. Both fighters really staring eachother down here, as Dominick Cruz enters the cage!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Cruz gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Yuy to score an easy takedown into full guard.

Cruz working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Yuy doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Yuy manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Yuy wants to pass the guard but Cruz is keeping the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Yuy throws and elbow that misses. Cruz uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Yuy's guard. Nice move by Cruz!
Yuy wants to sweep here but Cruz controlling him for the moment.

Yuy is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.

Cruz breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Yuy tries to bum rush Cruz with a series of wild strikes but Cruz uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

so Yuy counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Yuy won't allow Cruz to sweep him here.
Yuy wants to pass the guard but Cruz is keeping the position.
Yuy is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Yuy wants to stand but Cruz has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
Yuy looking to sit in guard and control but Cruz gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Cruz is standing up over Yuy. Yuy looks to escape but Cruz dives into side control.
Yuy is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Cruz has just dragged him back down to the mat.
You can see the frustration on Yuy's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

Cruz tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Cruz has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Yuy sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard.
Yuy wants to improve his position but Cruz is controlling well.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

Yuy lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Cruz!

Cruz is in a horrible position here. Yuy smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Yuy has hold of Cruz's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Cruz manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Cruz is still in real trouble! Can Yuy finish him?

Yuy postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Cruz badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Yuy around the waist but Yuy pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Yuy is the winner by TKO! Yuy jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:45 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Heero Yuy!
