Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Archie Bunker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tony Beast (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bunker comes to the cage accompanied by Edith singin Those were the days..... Tony Beast has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Archie Bunker!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 2 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tony Beast!
The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Frank Dennis and George Francis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bunker throws a left and a right that both miss
and Beast counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Sloppy strikes from Beast. Those never looked like landing.
Bunker throws a combination that misses
enabling Beast to counter with a crisp jab.
Bunker throws a right hand that misses
and Beast counters with a stiff right hand.
Bunker throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Beast counters with a left to the body.
Beast swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Bunker throws a head kick that misses.
Bunker misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

enabling Beast to counter with a crisp jab.

Archie Bunker seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Bunker tries to keep at a distance but Beast has taken the fight into the clinch.

Beast tightens his grip and picks Bunker up, before dumping him to the ground. Bunker manages to land in guard.

Beast is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Beast got a little sloppy there for a moment and Bunker has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Beast has managed to get both his arms back between Bunker's legs - danger averted.

Beast is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

Beast is in a horrible position here. Bunker smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

Bunker swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Beast is now in Bunker's guard. A big mistake from Bunker there, giving up the dominant position!

Bunker is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Beast is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Beast has escaped and now he's on top!
