Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kellen Smith (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hale Erwin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Smith's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, 6 foot 7 foot by lil wayne. Erwin comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Officer Ricky - Three Times kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Erwin scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Smith misses with a left hand
and Erwin makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Kellen Smith seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Smith avoids the head kick by Erwin.
Erwin throws a combination that misses
and Smith counters with a straight right hand.
Erwin throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Smith misses with an uppercut
and Erwin counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
It looks like Kellen Smith has been cut.
Erwin thuds his right hand into Smith's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Erwin misses with an uppercut.
Smith misses with a double jab
enabling Erwin to counter with a crisp jab.
Erwin lands a left and a right that send Smith crashing to the mat, dazed. Erwin thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Smith closes the distance looking to clinch
and Erwin counters with a low kick, right behind Smith 's knee.
Smith is breathing heavily.
Erwin fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Erwin is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Kellen Smith's cut is getting worse.
Erwin lands the left hand.
Smith is rocked!
Kellen Smith's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Erwin fakes the body blow, causing Smith to drop his hands! Left hook to the temple! Smith goes stiff, and falls face first into the mat. Goodnight!
