Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Edilberto Crocota (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Humza Ali (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Edilberto Crocota! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Humza Ali! The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Leandro Rodrigues and Luis Engracia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Crocota lands with a nice combination. Ali backs away looking to recover.
It looks like Humza Ali has been cut. Sloppy strikes from Crocota. Those never looked like landing. Crocota will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Crocota catches Ali with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong! Crocota scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction. Crocota misses with a few strikes there.
Ali moves into the clinch. Crocota breaks the clinch.
Crocota goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. Crocota throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Crocota gets caught napping as Ali dives in and scores a takedown. Crocota manages to retain guard. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Ali stands and throws Crocota's legs to the side, diving into side control. Crocota is pushing Ali's head away, looking to escape. Ali manages to hold on to the position though.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ali misses with the ground and pound. Ali works to advance to full mount. Crocota defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs. Ali fails to take his opponent's back. Ali controlling the pace for now. Crocota is looking to get back to his feet - it's going to be hard from this position. Ali controlling from the full mount.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Let's hope that Ali has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. Ali is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Crocota can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ali controlling the position easily from mount. Ali is working to isolate an arm here. It's a telegraphed submission attempt but he's gone for it anyway - and he's got it! Ali extends the arm and Crocota is forced to tap!
