Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Asbjorn Rosencrans (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Arjan Boudewijn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Arjan Boudewijn told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The judges for this bout are Leandro Rodrigues, Emerson Jorge and Matheus Silva.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boudewijn shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Rosencrans but Rosencrans pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Rosencrans misses with a body kick.
Boudewijn shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Boudewijn showed some decent athleticism there.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Rosencrans has hold of Boudewijn's hands but Boudewijn slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
It looks like Asbjorn Rosencrans has been cut.
Boudewijn is looking to take a break and control but Rosencrans is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Boudewijn wants to free his trapped foot but Rosencrans is holding on for dear life with his legs.

Rosencrans takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.

Rosencrans is trying to escape but when you're mounted that's not too easy.

Boudewijn has hold of Rosencrans's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Rosencrans manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Rosencrans is controlling an arm, preventing Boudewijn from taking his back. Although keeping him in mount is no better to be honest.
Rosencrans seems to have got his legs back now.

Rosencrans is in a bad position, trying to hold on for dear life but he is really struggling to maintain any sort of control.

Boudewijn works to advance to full mount. Rosencrans defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.
Rosencrans reaches up to try and control the position but Boudewijn seems to have an arm triangle now! Uh oh! Rosencrans rolls and tries to escape and now Boudewijn has his back!
Can Rosencrans hold on?! Boudewijn is landing more strikes to his hapless foe.
