The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
York misses with a body shot.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from York, right into the meat.
Resto III changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. York tries to avoid it but Resto III manages to keep hold of a leg and drag York to the ground. York escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Resto III misses with a double jab.
York swats away the attempt to clinch by Resto III.
Resto III looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Resto III throws a right and a left that both miss.
Resto III lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
York keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Louis Resto III seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
York rushes Resto III and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
York is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Resto III wants to break the clinch but can't.
York goes for a takedown in the clinch but Resto III prevents it.

Resto III wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but York has him pressed against the cage.
York manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
Resto III knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for York on the ground.
