Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Petter Kinslayer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nick Gee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nick Gee has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Petter Kinslayer! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Nick Gee! The judges for this bout are John Mangel, Steve Erwin and Skip Squint.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kinslayer blocks a head kick by Gee.
Gee looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! Kinslayer keeps Gee at a distance using the push kick. A jab from Kinslayer does it's job there. Kinslayer slips under a jab from Gee. Kinslayer tries for a takedown but Gee sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Kinslayer shoots in for a double leg but Gee sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Gee on the wrong end of a nice hook. Kinslayer shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Gee as he jumps to the side. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Petter Kinslayer. That's going to take a lot out of him. Gee swats away the attempt to clinch by Kinslayer. Kinslayer swings for the body but Gee moves out of range.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Kinslayer. Kinslayer tries to clinch but Gee is having none of it. Gee throws a nice looking combination but Kinslayer bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Kinslayer moves into the clinch successfully.
Kinslayer changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Gee fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Kinslayer dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Gee. That did some damage!
That's one minute gone in the round. Kinslayer fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Kinslayer tries to clinch up but Gee circles away and keeps his distance. Kinslayer tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Gee throws a right and a left that Kinslayer avoids nicely. Nick Gee seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Kinslayer shoots in but no luck this time. Kinslayer fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. Gee misses with a low kick.
Gee changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Kinslayer looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Kinslayer manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu! Gee won't allow Kinslayer to pass to mount. Gee is looking to escape. Kinslayer trying to control from half guard but Gee is working away. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Gee kicks off Kinslayer and gets to his feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Gee blocks a head kick by Kinslayer.
Kinslayer with a lazy takedown attempt and Gee counters with a nice double leg into guard. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for leaving it all in the cage! Gee looking to pass the guard. Kinslayer is trying to control the position from the bottom.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Kinslayer is on top in guard.
Kinslayer trying to control the position from guard on top but Gee is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Gee working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Kinslayer. Kinslayer in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Kinslayer being controlled here momentarily. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Gee can do anything to dispel that myth. Gee keeping moving, preventing Kinslayer from controlling successfully.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kinslayer loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Kinslayer wants to control from the top but Gee keeps moving.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Kinslayer fails with the takedown and Gee counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Gee avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Kinslayer has his hands on Gee's head, controlling the position. Gee wants to stand but Kinslayer is controlling his posture from full guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Gee looking to pass the guard. Gee stops Kinslayer from standing up. Kinslayer working a defensive guard here.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Gee would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Kinslayer misses with a takedown attempt - Gee sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Gee sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Nick Gee dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Gee is looking to clinch. Gee fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Kinslayer checks it well. Kinslayer will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Gee misses with a straight right. Kinslayer doesn't manage to clinch there - Gee circles away.
Kinslayer throws a body punch but Gee moves out of range. Kinslayer shoots for a takedown but Gee saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Kinslayer wants to clinch up but Gee keeps it at a distance. Kinslayer misses with a body shot.
Kinslayer is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Gee misses with a jab, cross combination.
Kinslayer drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Kinslayer is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Gee knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Gee is not content to let Kinslayer control the position. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Gee manages to work his way to half guard, despite Kinslayer's best efforts. Kinslayer blocks the strikes from Gee.
Kinslayer frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Gee gets back to half guard. Gee moves into full guard.
Gee looking to hit a scissor sweep but Kinslayer is one step ahead there. Gee is pulling down on Kinslayer's head to control his posture.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Gee is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Kinslayer is controlling him. Kinslayer wants to stand but Gee is controlling his posture from full guard. Kinslayeris looking to pass into half guard but Gee pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Gee is in guard. Gee trying to control the position from guard on top but Kinslayer is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Gee must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Gee gets to his feet. Kinslayer looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! Gee shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. Kinslayer is wriggling around trying to escape.
Gee content just to control the position here.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Gee lands a big shot there that rocks Kinslayer but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Gee controlling from mount. Kinslayer is desperately trying to improve his position but Gee has a good base and remains in mount. Kinslayer taking shots to the head. Kinslayer is squirming around, avoiding Gee's attempts to control the action. Kinslayer tries to lock up and control but Gee gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Kinslayer is in a bad position, trying to hold on for dear life but he is really struggling to maintain any sort of control. Kinslayer is in a horrible position here. Gee smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Gee content just to control the position here. Nick Gee has got the better of the ground game so far. Kinslayer tries to hold on but Gee postures up. Gee controlling his opponent. Gee scoring with strikes but Kinslayer is staying in there. Gee tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Kinslayer tries to hold on but Gee pushes him away. Gee throws some wild stikes that Kinslayer manages to avoid easily.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Nick Gee showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!
Kinslayer shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Gee but Gee pushes him off and we're back to square one. Gee swings and misses with a hook to the body.

Gee escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Petter Kinslayer. That's going to take a lot out of him. Gee throws a right and a left that Kinslayer avoids nicely. Kinslayer shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Gee as he jumps to the side. Kinslayer gets caught flat footed, as Gee shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Kinslayer not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Gee postures up and lands a big shot to Kinslayer's brow. Kinslayer trying to control the position.

Gee takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Gee is in all sorts of trouble here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kinslayer tries to control but Gee wriggling away. Gee is looking to improve his position but Kinslayer isn't that keen on the idea. Gee is squirming around, avoiding Kinslayer's attempts to control the action.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Gee tries to get back to half guard but can't. Gee taking shots to the head. Kinslayer can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Gee is looking to escape.
The referee stands the fighters back up. Petter Kinslayer just wasn't active enough from the dominant position. Kinslayer with a lazy takedown attempt and Gee counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Kinslayer! Gee landing strikes, looking to finish! Kinslayer sneaks a leg under to get to half guard. Gee sitting and controlling from the half guard. Gee throwing shots but Kinslayer is blocking nicely. Gee seems to be working for a kimura but Kinslayer defends the submission attempt. Kinslayer gets full guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kinslayer utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Kinslayer is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Gee is controlling him. Gee decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. Gee misses with a straight left. Gee moves out of range of the strikes. Kinslayer takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Kinslayer slips a straight right by Gee. Kinslayer stuffs the takedown. An inside leg kick lands from Kinslayer. Gee goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. Petter Kinslayer is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Gee closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Kinslayer to the mat! Kinslayer manages to get full guard. Gee gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kinslayer fails with the takedown and Gee counters with a three punch combo that has Kinslayer backing up. Kinslayer nods at Gee to acknowledge the strikes.
It looks like Petter Kinslayer has been cut. Kinslayer is looking to clinch. Kinslayer will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Kinslayer tries to close the distance and clinch up but Gee swats him away and circles back towards the center. Kinslayer misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Gee.
Kinslayer looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. A big left from Gee misses. The fight stays on the outside here - Kinslayer looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Gee shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Kinslayer pinned against the cage. Kinslayer gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Kinslayer tries to clinch up but Gee circles away and keeps his distance. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Kinslayer misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Petter Kinslayer has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Gee looks for a takedown but Kinslayer sprawls well.
And that's the end of the fight! Nick Gee comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Gee winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
