Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Pez Whatley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kamil Osin Iii (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Pez Whatley! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Kamil Osin Iii! The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Sam Margolis and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Osin Iii shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Osin Iii was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Osin Iii prevents Whatley from getting the reversal. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Whatley sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though. Whatley is defending against the submission attempts here by Osin Iii.

That's one minute gone in the round. Osin Iii trying to move into half guard but instead Whatley has managed to sweep! Osin Iii has his foot on Whatley's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Whatley works his way back into a safe position though. Whatley working some strikes from top position. Whatley content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Whatley connects with a couple of short punches. Osin Iii looks gassed! Whatley's corner is telling him to maintain position. Osin Iii is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Whatley is aware though and is defending well. Whatley makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Whatley controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Whatley with a nice head shot there. Whatley missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Whatley scores with a decent looking elbow strike. Whatley postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. Whatley slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Whatley cracks Osin Iii with a solid left hand. Whatley working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. Whatley landing with the ground and pound. Whatley has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Whatley controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Whatley distracts Osin Iii with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Whatley chips away with some ground and pound. Whatley is stalling in the full guard. Whatley postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Whatley connects with a couple of short punches. Whatley with a nice head shot there. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Whatley is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. Whatley seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Whatley connects with a couple of short punches. Osin Iii is breathing heavily. Whatley engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.

Whatley is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Whatley showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Whatley's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Whatley seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Osin Iii for as long as he can get away with. Whatley working some strikes from top position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Whatley is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Pez Whatley. Excellent takedown into side control there by Osin Iii. Whatley sneaks back into half guard. Whatley moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Whatley is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Whatley is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Osin Iii has managed to free his arm - good work. This has been an exciting period of action! The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Whatley working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Osin Iii utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Osin Iii takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Whatley is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. Whatley controls from within his opponent's guard.

Whatley is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Osin Iii can do to turn this around? Whatley scoring with punches to the head and body. Whatley not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Whatley makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Whatley controlling from the top position. Pez Whatley overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Whatley lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Whatley is stalling in the full guard. Pez Whatley is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Pez Whatley has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet. Whatley throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Osin Iii was covering up waiting for the punch and Whatley finishes the takedown easily into guard. Whatley content to stall in guard here.
And that's the end of the fight! Pez Whatley showed his dominance in that final round. Well Whatley has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
