Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Kanrosch Timoshenko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eric Kilgore (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Eric Kilgore told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

7 - 5 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Eric Kilgore!
The judges for this bout are Aleksandr Martynov, Vladimir Khabensky and Valeri Chadov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kilgore shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Timoshenko counters with a stiff right hand.
Kilgore with a lazy takedown attempt
and Timoshenko makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Kilgore tries for a takedown but Timoshenko circles away easily
and Timoshenko counters with a series of strikes. Kilgore will be more careful next time no doubt.
Kanrosch Timoshenko has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Eric Kilgore.

Eric Kilgore seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

and Kilgore takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Kilgore has his takedown stuffed
and Timoshenko counters with a left right combination that sends Kilgore crashing to the mat - Timoshenko wastes no time in diving on top of him and pounding Kilgore out for a TKO! Devastating finish!
