Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Danny Tu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tommy Velo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tu's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Big Things Poppin. Danny Tu looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tu instigates a clinch.
Both fighters working to control the clinch.

and Tu makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Tu fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Velo has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Tu using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Velo has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.

Tu moves in looking to clinch but Velo pushes him off.

and Tu counters with a nice low kick that buckles Velo's knee momentarily.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Velo.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

and Tu counters with an outside leg kick.
Velo lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.

and Velo counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Velo lying in Tu's guard like a wet fish here, stalling away. Tu decides he's had enough of all that nonsense - he escapes his hips and locks up an armbar! Wow, that was slick! Velo taps! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over!
