Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Mickey Henson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sidney Stevenson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Henson kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is A Warrior's Call by Volbeat. Stevenson is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Simple Man. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stevenson misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Henson counters with a low kick, right behind Stevenson 's knee.
Henson takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Stevenson rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Henson counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Stevenson's guard now.

Stevenson is defending against the submission attempts here by Henson.
Stevenson really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Henson. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Henson is trying to work for a kimura but Stevenson is defending well.
Henson tries to pass the half guard into mount. Stevenson knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Henson looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

Stevenson is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Henson scores with a couple of nice shots.
Stevenson is staying active underneath Henson, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
