The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Slay wants to clinch up but Dube keeps it at a distance.
Dube throws a left and a right that both miss
and Slay counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Dube.
Dube throws a combination that misses
enabling Slay to counter with a crisp jab.
Dube is looking to slow Slay down with leg kicks.
Slay is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Dube.
Dube lands a nice looking kick to the body. Slay takes a step back to recover.

Slay pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Dube back to the cage. Slay follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Dube tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Slay is able to avoid easily.
Slay is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Dube is looking to score with low kicks.
Dube pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Slay back to the cage. Dube follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
