Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
13 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Christopher Maine! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Roger Kint! The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Alan Glass and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Maine takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Kint throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Maine misses with an attempted mid kick.
Maine takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. Kint misses with an uppercut. Maine saw that one coming. Kint thows a body shot but no joy. Kint works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance. Maine goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Kint scores with a three punch combo!

Kint takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
That's one minute gone in the round. Maine goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. Kint has his takedown stuffed and Maine counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Kint is lucky that one didn't land flush. Maine throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body. Maine lands a high kick!
It looks like Roger Kint has been cut. This has been an exciting period of action! Maine pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Maine throws a front kick that sends Kint stumbling back into the cage. Roger Kint seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Maine throws a body kick that misses.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Maine on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Kint lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Kint sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs. Kint wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. Maine dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Kint. That did some damage! Maine attempts a low kick but it misses it's target. Kint looks to clinch and Maine counters with a good, hard body kick but Kint shrugs it off. Kint looks gassed! A jab from Kint does it's job there. Nice body kick from Maine.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Maine throws a half hearted mid kick. Maine is looking to land body kicks. Kint takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Kint stuns Maine with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. Kint takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Kint throws a hook but Maine avoids it easily. Kint takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. Maine keeps Kint at a distance using the push kick.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Maine is looking to land body kicks. A slapping body kick lands there for Maine. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Maine connects with an inside leg kick. Kint takes a kick to the body and keeps moving. Maine throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
An inside leg kick lands from Maine. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Maine lands with a kick to the temple. Kint shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Kint is rocked! Maine throws a sloppy head kick and Kint moves out of range easily. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Christopher Maine dominated that round. The cut man is working on Roger Kint's cut. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Maine keeps Kint at a distance using the push kick. Kint blocks the body kick.

Maine pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. Maine throws a head kick but Kint moves out of range.

and Maine counters with a head kick that drops Kint - he's looking to finish, following his stunned foe to the ground! Kint is still in real trouble! Can Maine finish him? We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Kint is breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Maine is taking a breather. Kint says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. Kint seems to have recovered his senses. Maine maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Kint could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Maine has cracked it and Kint is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Maine!
