Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Fabiano DeSilva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Equinsu Ocha (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Fabiano DeSilva! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Equinsu Ocha! The judges for this bout are Luis Engracia, Alexandre Firmino and Paulo Santos.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ocha clinches up with DeSilva and pushes him back against the ropes. Ocha can't get the takedown.
DeSilva tries to break the clinch but Ocha is controlling the position. DeSilva wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Ocha throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but DeSilva blocks it with crossed arms. Ocha stalling in the clinch but DeSilva improves position. Ocha using the Thai plumb to throw knees but DeSilva has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Ocha breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. DeSilva comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Nice combo by DeSilva! Oh, that's hurt him - Ocha falls to the canvas and DeSilva follows him into side control.
Ocha is rocked!
It looks like Equinsu Ocha has been cut. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. DeSilva goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Ocha has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for DeSilva but great work by Ocha. Ocha is still on wobbly legs! Can DeSilva finish him? Ocha looks gassed! DeSilva sneaks back into half guard. DeSilva desperately trying to maintain half guard. Ocha seems to have recovered his senses. Ocha prevents DeSilva from improving his position.
That's one minute gone in the round. DeSilva is controlling Ocha's position as best he can from this difficult position. Ocha wants to pass to mount but DeSilva is defending the position. Ocha is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Ocha tries to stand but his arm is trapped.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. DeSilva wants to get back to full guard. Ocha is trying to control the action in half guard but DeSilva is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. DeSilva jabs at Ocha's body. DeSilva connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head. Ocha moves in looking to clinch but DeSilva pushes him off. DeSilva misses with a body shot.
DeSilva will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
DeSilva lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Ocha shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Ocha shoots in but DeSilva avoids the takedown attempt easily. Fabiano DeSilva has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Equinsu Ocha. Ocha shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with DeSilva but DeSilva pushes him off and we're back to square one.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ocha tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Fabiano DeSilva seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Ocha forces DeSilva back against the ropes and clinches. DeSilva prevents Ocha from breaking the clinch. DeSilva wants to break the clinch but can't.
Ocha wants a takedown but no success here.

DeSilva misses with the combination.
Ocha is looking to clinch. Ocha tries to land a front kick but DeSilva steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Ocha feints and as DeSilva raises his hands in defense, Ocha changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Ocha trying to control but DeSilva is working from the bottom. Ocha controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Ocha won't allow DeSilva to get back to his feet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. DeSilva trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful. DeSilva keeping moving, preventing Ocha from controlling successfully. Ocha won't allow DeSilva to get back to his feet.
That's five minutes gone in the round. Ocha slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. DeSilva is trying to control Ocha's posture but Ocha avoids it. DeSilva wants to get back to his feet.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. DeSilva scores with a shot to the body.
Good exchange - DeSilva coming out on top. Ocha scores a takedown into full mount! Poor strikes thrown by Ocha there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!
That's six minutes gone in the round. Ocha throwing strikes here but DeSilva is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.
Ocha can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as DeSilva is looking to escape. Ocha wants to take his opponent's back but he's not managed it. DeSilva tries to control the position but Ocha now has his back.
That's seven minutes gone in the round. DeSilva prevents Ocha from getting a body triangle. Ocha looking for the RNC. DeSilva holding on to Ocha's left wrist, preventing the choke. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. DeSilva controlling the position well but he knows he's in a bad position. DeSilva defends a rear naked choke attempt by controlling one of Ocha's arms.
That's eight minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. DeSilva has the hand control, trying to stop the rear naked choke. I really don't envy DeSilva right now.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Ocha tries to get the hooks in deep but DeSilva pushed the leg off. DeSilva trying to control the action but Ocha just sinks the hooks in. DeSilva wants to get back to his feet.
That's nine minutes gone in the round. Ocha tries to keep control of the position but DeSilva is staying busy. Ocha throwing wild punches that miss their target. Ocha controlling well, preventing DeSilva from escaping the position.
DeSilva trying to control the action but Ocha just sinks the hooks in. Ocha is looking for the choke from the back position but DeSilva is controlling his hands well. Ocha throws a series of strikes and DeSilva wriggles onto his back, so he's now mounted. He's in real trouble here. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Fabiano DeSilva dominated that round. The cut man is working on Equinsu Ocha's cut. That's time! DeSilva's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!
Ocha shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Ocha was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Ocha unloads with some shots from mount but DeSilva bucks and avoids them well.

It looks like Fabiano DeSilva has been cut. DeSilva is looking to improve his position but Ocha isn't that keen on the idea. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Ocha wants to control the pace but DeSilva is squirming around nicely.
That's one minute gone in the round. DeSilva wants to hold on but Ocha pushes him away. DeSilva takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position. Ocha can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as DeSilva is looking to escape.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Ocha might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control DeSilva kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time. Ocha is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.

Despite being in the dominant position, Equinsu Ocha just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up. DeSilva fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Ocha looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Ocha avoids a punch combination nicely.
DeSilva's corner calls for a 1-2. DeSilva obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range. DeSilva lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Ocha drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles. Ocha dodges the punch combination from DeSilva.
DeSilva misses with a few strikes there.
Fabiano DeSilva is winning the standup battle so far. DeSilva misses with a hook. Ocha ducked under it nicely. DeSilva throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends Ocha stumbling backwards into the ropes! Ocha bounces back off the ropes towards DeSilva, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! DeSilva lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! DeSilva celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:53 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Fabiano DeSilva!
