Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Nobutaka Hiyoshi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Randoff Back (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Hiyoshi might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Baka Survivor . Back comes into a darkened arena with his song building. I am the Greatest! kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Randoff Back was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Back lands a nice shot to the body.
Hiyoshi misses with a double jab.
Back throws a hook but Hiyoshi blocks it.
Back takes one to the side of the head.
Hiyoshi throws an off balance right hand
and Back connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Hiyoshi misses with a left hand
and Back counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Hiyoshi throws a left and a right that both miss
and Back counters with a nice uppercut.
Hiyoshi throws a series of punches but Back moves out of range.
Hiyoshi misses with a lunging right hand
and Back counters with a lovely straight right hand!
A shot to the body from Hiyoshi misses
and Back counters with a stiff right hand.
The crowd cheers as Back lands an impressive looking overhand right. Hiyoshi doesn't seem phased though.
Hiyoshi ducks right into an uppercut from Back.
Hiyoshi rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Back cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

and Back counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.

and Back counters with a stiff right hand.
A shot to the liver by Back. Beautiful body shot.
Hiyoshi rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Back counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Back keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

and Back counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Hiyoshi throws a lazy uppercut
and Back connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Hiyoshi misses the body punch
enabling Back to counter with a crisp jab.
Hiyoshi misses with a jab to the body
and Back counters with a left and a right that stings Hiyoshi.
Back misses with a right hand
enabling Hiyoshi to counter with a crisp jab.
Back doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Hiyoshi misses with a left hand
and Back connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Hiyoshi throws a lazy uppercut
and Back counters with a right hand to the body.
Hiyoshi is breathing heavily.
Hiyoshi throws a sloppy body shot
and Back counters with a stiff right hand.
Back with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Danga de danga de dang - Back scores with a four punch combination!
It looks like Nobutaka Hiyoshi has been cut.
Hiyoshi takes a jab right on the kisser.

Back dips to his left and cracks Hiyoshi with an uppercut!

and Back counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Hiyoshi is rocked!
Back misses with a straight left.
A combination from Back does no damage.
Back looks to land a right hand but Hiyoshi moved out of range.
Back might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.
Back throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Hiyoshi on the side of the head.
Back's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Back duly obliges.
Hiyoshi rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Back counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Oh Hiyoshi is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Hiyoshi throws a lazy uppercut
and Back scores with a counter punch that sends Hiyoshi to the canvas! Back smells blood - he's punishing Hiyoshi with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Hiyoshi has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:38 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Randoff Back!
