Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Eric Osiris (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mauricio Rizzo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Osiris comes into the arena with The Acacia Strain - Beast blaring out of the sound system. Rizzo comes into a darkened arena with his song building. . kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, William Peck and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Excellent takedown into side control there by Osiris.
Rizzo is letting Osiris control him for a moment.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Osiris is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Osiris wants to take a breather but Rizzo is having none of it.

Osiris is trying to control the action in half guard but Rizzo is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

Osiris decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up.
Rizzo scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Rizzo takes a swing at Osiris's ribcage but misses.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Osiris throws out a loose jab but Rizzo uses good head movement to avoid it.
Rizzo stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Rizzo wants it to stay on the feet.
Osiris throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Rizzo stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Jab, jab by Rizzo - just one landing.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Eric Osiris will probably get the nod.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!
Osiris pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Rizzo throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Osiris keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

and Osiris counters with a nice double leg into half guard.

Osiris looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
Osiris has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Osiris throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Osiris looks to land a strike but Rizzo avoids it nicely and regains full guard.
Osiris is looking to work some ground and pound but Rizzo has wrist control.
Osiris is pushing down on Rizzo's leg trying to pass to half guard. Rizzo is fighting to maintain full guard but Osiris has managed to sneak the leg through.
Mauricio Rizzo has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Osiris slips a nice elbow through Rizzo's hands, connecting with Rizzo's forehead.

Rizzo has hold of Osiris's hands but Osiris slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
Osiris looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.

Eric Osiris overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Eric Osiris showed his dominance in that final round.
Well Osiris has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
