Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Hans Gruber (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jake Kilmster (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gruber comes into the arena with Irwin Goodman - St. Pauli Ja Reeperbahn blaring out of the sound system. Kilmster has chosen Maylene & The Sons of Disaster - Darkest of Kin as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
10 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Hans Gruber! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
13 - 8 - 1, fighting out of Helsinki, Jake Kilmster! The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Matti Vanhoillinen and Roosa Järviläinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gruber throws an off balance right hand
and Kilmster counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Gruber avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Kilmster. Gruber tries to get to full guard but Kilmster has control of the leg. Kilmster throws a strike but Gruber avoids it easily and moves to full guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Kilmster works over Gruber with some ground and pound from guard. Kilmster postures up.
Kilmsteris looking to pass into half guard but Gruber pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Gruber is in guard. Gruber is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Gruber won't allow Kilmster to sweep him here. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Kilmster avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kilmster looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Gruber is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Kilmster has control of Gruber's left arm, preventing Gruber from doing any damage. Gruber wants to control from the top but Kilmster keeps moving. Gruber avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Kilmster not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Kilmster managing to control the position. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Gruber preventing the sweep.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kilmster looking to control.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Gruber bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Kilmster's head backwards. Kilmster keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
Kilmster fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Gruber sprawls well initially but Kilmster persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Gruber is trying to get back to full guard. Kilmster wants to control but Gruber is keeping him busy. Kilmster throwing shots but Gruber is blocking nicely. Kilmster has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Kilmster is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount! Kilmster is working to isolate an arm here. It's a telegraphed submission attempt but he's gone for it anyway - and he's got it! Kilmster extends the arm and Gruber is forced to tap!
