Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Livad L aspinatour (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Njord Freyr (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Freyr has chosen Twilight of the Thunder God as his entrance music. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, Skip Squint and Hugh Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Freyr works L aspinatour's body with a nice hook.
L aspinatour needs to keep his hands up - Freyr had a free shot at his head there.
Freyr throws a series of punches but L aspinatour avoids them all with ease.
A jab from Freyr misses.
L aspinatour with a lazy takedown attempt
and Freyr counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Freyr swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Freyr throws a leg kick which misses L aspinatour's front leg but catches the back leg as L aspinatour tries to avoid it.

and Freyr moves into the clinch.
Freyr lands a nice uppercut.
Freyr lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of L aspinatour backwards.
It looks like Livad L aspinatour has been cut.
Freyr stops a takedown attempt from L aspinatour.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Livad L aspinatour. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Freyr works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
Freyr throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Freyr stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.
Still in the clinch, Freyr scores with a nice short uppercut.

Freyr pushes L aspinatour back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
The referee is keeping an eye on Freyr - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
L aspinatour fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Freyr lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
L aspinatour is rocked!
Freyr dips a shoulder and cracks L aspinatour with a mighty uppercut! L aspinatour falls back against the cage and Freyr unloads with a barrage of strikes! L aspinatour is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Freyr screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!
