Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Shinya Mishima (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Caesar Diaz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mishima comes to the ring accompanied by Super Troopers German Techno. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Shigeki Fujiwara and Sosuke Kotani.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diaz throws a half hearted mid kick.

Mishima displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Diaz throws out the jab.

Diaz is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Mishima has control of Diaz's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Diaz regains control of the situation pretty easily.

I really don't envy Diaz right now.
Mishima is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Diaz defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined.
Diaz breaks Mishima's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.
Mishima is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Diaz has his hands clasped together but Mishima extends an breaks Diaz's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Mishima.
