Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Pancho Dee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kane Lighten (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Pancho Dee! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Kane Lighten! The judges for this bout are Lou da Vinci, Jorge Garcia and Russell Pearce.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lighten avoids the head kick by Dee.
Lighten throws and low kick but Dee moves out of range easily. Dee closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Lighten to the mat! Lighten manages to get full guard. Dee landing with the ground and pound. Dee preventing the sweep. Dee tries to stand but Lighten is controlling from the bottom. Dee thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Lighten is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Dee has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Dee wanted to stand there but Lighten had control of the position. Dee pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Lighten is keeping the position for now. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's one minute gone in the round.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Lighten keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. A swing and a miss from Dee. Lighten drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Dee is looking for a triangle here but Lighten uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Dee is breathing heavily. Lighten decides to stand back up. Lighten steps back and let's Dee get back to his feet. Lighten lands a slapping body shot.
Lighten closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Dee takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head. Lighten is looking to take a break and control but Dee is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Dee wants to control but Lighten postures up.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Lighten works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head. Dee wants to control but Lighten postures up. Lighten is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Dee is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Dee tries to bench press Lighten off him but Lighten keeps the position. Lighten trying to control the action but Dee is working from the bottom. Dee is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Lighten is looking to take a break and control but Dee is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Kane Lighten dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Dee looks to land a combination but Lighten avoids it well. Lighten drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Dee looking to hit a scissor sweep but Lighten is one step ahead there. Dee might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Lighten is stalling in the full guard. Lighten wants to stand but Dee is controlling his posture from full guard. Dee wants to sweep here but Lighten controlling him for the moment. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Lighten works a leg free and moves into half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dee is looking to control Lighten's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Dee avoid being mounted? Dee is trying to get back to full guard. Lighten is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Dee defends it well. Dee is trying to get back to full guard. Lighten stops Dee from getting back to his feet.
Lighten content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. Dee wants to control but Lighten is keeping busy.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Lighten is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. A right-left combo lands from Dee. Lighten scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. Dee tries to close the distance and clinch up but Lighten swats him away and circles back towards the center. Dee shoots and misses and Lighten makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Dee really felt that one! Dee tries for a takedown but Lighten circles away easily and Lighten counters with a single leg into guard. Dee didn't expect that. Lighten trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Dee is on top in guard.
Lighten is working an open guard so Dee takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. Dee shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Dee was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Dee goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Lighten turns into him and now he's in Dee's guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Kane Lighten showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!
Lighten dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Lighten throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Dee's head.
It looks like Pancho Dee has been cut. Lighten gets the takedown into side control. Lighten working away. Dee being controlled for a moment. Lighten working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Dee stops Lighten from passing to mount.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lighten wants to lay and pray for a moment but Dee keeps working. Dee is looking for a sweep.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground. Lighten shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. Dee is trying to reverse the position but instead Lighten has taken his back - oops! Lighten has the hooks in. Dee is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted. Dee is trying to stand back up.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Lighten cracks Dee with a big shot to body and one to the head - really punishing Dee from the back mount here, looking to soften him up.
Lighten wants to control but Dee is keeping busy. Dee has the hand control, trying to stop the rear naked choke. Lighten is hanging on to Dee's back as he tries to escape.
Dee is covering up but some of the strikes from Lighten are getting through and doing damage.
You can see the frustration on Dee's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.
Dee turns into Lighten and is now in his guard.
Dee stands and throws Lighten's legs to the side, diving into side control. Dee works to advance to full mount. Lighten defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Lighten sneaks a leg under to get to half guard.
And that's the end of the fight! Kane Lighten comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Lighten has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
