Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Eric Antelz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Arthur St John (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Antelz's entrance music is Godsmack - Speak. A fine choice. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Eric Antelz! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Arthur St John! The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, George Francis and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! St John throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
It looks like Eric Antelz has been cut. Antelz tries to clinch but St John moves out of range. Antelz tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. St John manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Antelz shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. St John looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Antelz passes into side control.
Antelz misses with the ground and pound. Antelz content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though. St John is working to avoid the ground and pound but Antelz connects with a decent elbow. Antelz working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.
Antelz controls the position from side control. Check out the look on Antelz's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!
That's one minute gone in the round. St John dodges the ground and pound from Antelz. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Antelz is looking to take a break and control but St John is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Antelz remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while. St John takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.

That's two minutes gone in the round. St John wants to control but Antelz postures up. Antelz tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Antelz has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! St John stops Antelz from passing to mount. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Antelz working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Antelz taking a break here but St John is having none of it and regains half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Antelz throwing shots but St John is blocking nicely. Antelz sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. St John defending well though. Antelz wants to lay and pray for a moment but St John keeps working. The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Antelz thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed St John's head. Antelz working St John over with strikes. St John is staying active underneath Antelz, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Antelz thows a big elbow that misses, also allowing St John to regain full guard. Antelz throwing strikes but missing.
That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Antelz cracks St John with a solid left hand. Antelz has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. St John is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Antelz slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Antelz working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Eric Antelz dominated that round. The cut man is working on Eric Antelz's cut. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Antelz avoids the head kick by St John.
Danga de danga de dang - St John scores with a four punch combination! Antelz misses with a body shot
and St John counters with a head kick. That will keep Antelz thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks! Antelz staying out of range there. Antelz closes the distance and clinches. St John jumps guard but Antelz stands there with St John around his waist. St John gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
St John prevents a takedown attempt there.
Antelz is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. St John can't fight it off and eventually Antelz manages to take the fight to the floor. St John looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard. Antelz trying to control the position from guard on top but St John is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Antelz looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Antelz has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
That's one minute gone in the round. Antelz wants to control from the top but St John keeps moving.
Eric Antelz has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet. Antelz tries to clinch up. Ouch! a nice leg kick from St John, right into the meat.
St John misses with a head kick.
Antelz fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with St John, pushing him back against the cage. Antelz works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard. St John is working an open guard so Antelz takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. Antelz moves into range and clinches up with St John. Antelz has St John pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Antelz pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending St John tumbling to the mat - Antelz dives into St John's guard. Antelz trying to control but St John is working from the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. St John working for a triangle but Antelz defends it easily.
Antelz working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Antelz controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Antelz works a leg free and moves into half guard. Antelz takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. St John wants to get back to his feet.
St John is breathing heavily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. St John looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Antelz works his way into side control. Antelz scoring with punches from side control. Antelz connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused St John some visible discomfort.
Antelz wants to lay and pray for a moment but St John keeps working. Antelz happy to just control the position for now.
That's four minutes gone in the round. St John is looking for a sweep. Antelz trying to control the position but St John is working away. Antelz lands some shots froms side control. Antelz advances to full mount. St John is really trying hard to get back to his feet.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Antelz lands with some strikes. Antelz moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, St John has worked his arm free - good work by St John!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Eric Antelz dominated that second round. The cut man is working on Eric Antelz's cut. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. And we move into the final round!
St John avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Antelz gets a double leg takedown into St John's guard. Antelz throws a strike but St John rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. St John trying to control the position from guard on top but Antelz is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. St John must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Antelz tries to land a sweep but no joy. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Antelz is on top in guard.
St John takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Antelz forces his way into half guard. St John looking for submissions off his back.
That's one minute gone in the round. Antelz with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. Antelz looks to score some points with some ground and pound. Antelz is keen to just control but St John is a slippery customer. Antelz working over St John with some ground and pound. St John looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. St John avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Antelz. St John taking some punishment here, with Antelz in his half guard. Antelz is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Antelz looks to score some points with some ground and pound. St John is looking to control Antelz's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can St John avoid being mounted? St John on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Antelz lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. Antelz takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. Antelz frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Antelz lands with some strikes. Antelz looking to control and managing it successfully.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Antelz scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish St John?
Antelz has control of St John's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and St John regains control of the situation pretty easily.
St John takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position. Antelz raining down shots from the mount! Antelz connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Antelz looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet. Antelz looking to control and managing it successfully. Antelz landing shots from mount. Arthur St John has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Antelz dominating with strikes here. Eric Antelz overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. BOOM! Antelz connects with a massive shot to the dome!
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Antelz breaks from St John's wrist control and lands an elbow. Eric Antelz is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. This has been an exciting period of action! Antelz punishing his opponent with strikes.
And that's the end of the fight! Eric Antelz showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Antelz, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
