Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between ben ahr (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and michael bis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). ahr has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. On his way into the cage it seems that ben ahr has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily ben ahr seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Gwen Towbar and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
ahr shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with bis but bis pushes him off and we're back to square one.
ahr clinches with his opponent.
bis trying to stall but ahr improves his position.
ahr is looking to break free of the clinch but bis has double underhooks.
bis using the Thai plumb to throw knees but ahr has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
bis lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of ahr backwards.
bis tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
bis tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. ahr smiles and moves away.
ahr moves in looking to clinch but bis pushes him off.
bis avoids the head kick by ahr.
ahr is breathing heavily.
ahr misses with a takedown attempt - bis sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
bis tries to clinch but ahr is having none of it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
bis fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with ahr, pushing him back against the cage.
bis jumps guard but ahr stands there with bis around his waist. bis gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
ben ahr has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of michael bis.
bis tries to pull guard but ahr won't allow it.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
bis is trying to land a reversal but ahr doesn't like that idea too much. He pushed the legs to the side and dives into side control. He's managed to grab a loose arm triangle. ahr is tightening it up though! This could be trouble for bis! bis trying desperately to escape but he's gone limp! He's out! Wooooorld class Brazilian Jiu Jitsu from ahr!
