Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Chris Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rashad Evans (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Evans has chosen j as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Rashad Evans has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jackson pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Jackson tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Evans shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.

Evans is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Jackson doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Evans.
Jackson is trying to stand back up but Evans is controlling him
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Evans lands a nice short elbow.

Evans trying to control from half guard but Jackson is working away.
Evans uses his free foot to push down on Jackson's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Jackson.
Evans controlling the position easily from mount.
Evans lands a heavy elbow.

Evans is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Jackson can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
