Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between DeAngelo White (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mr Wrestle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). White comes to the cage accompanied by Headstrong. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, DeAngelo White! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mr Wrestle! The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Cecil Peabody and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! White misses with a takedown and Wrestle counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Wrestle. White goes for a takedown attempt but Wrestle pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
White sizes up Wrestle with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle. White with a lazy takedown attempt and Wrestle counters into the clinch. Nicely done. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for DeAngelo White. That's going to take a lot out of him. White is trying to stall.
Wrestle prevents the takedown attempt.
Wrestle throws a punch but it's blocked by White.
That's one minute gone in the round. White has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Wrestle is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Wrestle's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not. Wrestle misses with a hook from the clinch. Wrestle effectively controlling the action here. Wrestle working aggressively here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. White avoids a wild elbow strike from Wrestle. White is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Wrestle pulls him back up using the underhooks. White looking for a takedown. Wrestle prevents a takedown attempt there.
White changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Wrestle fights it off and pushes away nicely.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Wrestle closes the distance and pushes White back into the cage. Wrestle doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Wrestle misses with a short punch on the inside. Wrestle should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. White is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Wrestle pulls him back up using the underhooks. Wrestle throws an elbow but it's blocked.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. White is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Wrestle gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. White is working for takedown but Wrestle is calmly controlling the position for now. White drops down looking for an ankle pick but Wrestle pulls his leg out and moves away.
Wrestle has managed to clinch.

The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Wrestle tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Mr Wrestle dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
White with a lazy takedown attempt and Wrestle counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. White controls Wrestle momentarily but Wrestle frees himself. Wrestle is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. White looking to sweep here. No luck so far. White seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.
The ref stands the fighters back up. DeAngelo White wasn't doing enough on the ground. White shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Wrestle counters by clinching up. White is trying to stall.

The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows. Wrestle lands with a short head shot on the inside. White drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. White goes for a takedown in the clinch but Wrestle prevents it.
White drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Wrestle gets the underhooks and prevents it.

That's three minutes gone in the round. With the two fighters working up against the cage, Wrestle just misses with a elbow thrown towards White's brow. Wrestle stops a takedown attempt from White.
White changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Wrestle fights it off and pushes away nicely.
White lunges at Wrestle with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Wrestle's hand. Wrestle shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Wrestle is stalling in the full guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. White wants to get back to his feet but Wrestle is in a dominant position and won't allow it. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Wrestle stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. White swivels though and keeps the full guard. White avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Wrestle sitting in guard here, content to control. White avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. White working a defensive guard here.
White is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Wrestle is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Mr Wrestle showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!
Wrestle looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple. White tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Wrestle was well out of range. Poor timing from White. White cracks Wrestle with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage. Wrestle takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Wrestle takes a shot to the body in his stride.
White lands a slapping body shot.
White throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
White scores with a one two! Wrestle had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes. A cross from White lands. DeAngelo White seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. White connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head. White connects with a good right hand that stumbles Wrestle. Wrestle circles away out of range and recomposes himself. White lands a nice shot to the body.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Wrestle shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it. White changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. White with a hook. White works the jab nicely. A right-left combo lands from White. White connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
That's one minute gone in the round. Wrestle has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
